Seriously, I remember first hearing about kettlebells in the Hoffman
magazines back in the days before my beard turned gray/white. Hnh.
Actually, back in the days before I HAD a beard. Strength & Health and
Muscular Development were both essential reading. John Grimek was a
true athlete and probably could have handled quite a few of the stunts
performed by the man in the chase (URL above).

Trivia (probably told here previously): Grimek good-naturedly gave me
hell for having a Sharpie that had nearly dried out as he was signing
his autograph to an ASC program.
