Well, if you're going to end doping (ain't ever gonna happen), and your
tests are mostly worthless, resulting in a situation that compels
athletes to dope in order to keep up with those who dope with little
fear of discovery, maybe this is an intelligent way to go about it.
How about it, nabobs? Ten or twenty "sonofabitches" subject lines for
the docs and other suppliers, give the riders a rest for a day or two?
