Special purpose saddle?

Take an old saddle or get a new one and cut it out where your cyst is.
I've done it by drilling holes to form a rectangle, then cutting with
a utility knife. Used electrice taple to keep the hole neat. Works
OK.

My problem was "off center" so nothing on the market would've worked
as is anyway.

It flares up every few years and at such times I reinstall the cut
saddle.

PS often for me a flare-up of that sort of problem is a sign I need to
rest more.

I had one on my neck as a small lump for 9-10 years (had to be careful
when shaving) then one day it started growing like Topsy until it was
like a big marble. I went to the doc who prescribed some kind of
antibiotic. It deflated and then disappeared completely - even the lump
was gone. Weird things.
