  1. 30 minutes ago it was nice and sunny. I was planning to get the grill out
of the storage room and either grill some burgers or quick-thaw (in cold
water) a cornish hen and split & grill it and also grill some yellow squash.
Now it's *pouring* down rain. (sigh)

I'm really leaning more towards hamburgers so I guess I'll get out the
broiler pan and go that route if the rain keeps up.

Doesn't that just suck? Happens to us quite often too. Mind you, we have
quite a big back covered veranda, so we can sometimes get away with
it... But the weather has been so unpredictable here lately that I have
been doing a lot of "oven" stuff... like roast chickens, baked trout etc.

    Cheers

We got several inches of ice today. Driving to work was an adventure.

    Best regards,

You must have me confused with someone else. I'm nowhere near Nashville. I
live in the country outside of Memphis, but thanks for thinking of me and
glad you found a good place to eat in the Nashville area!
