what is it about the spanish and pudding ?

there's an all you can eat spanish place near my place, it's pretty
good, but none of the desserts involve chewing: pudding, mousse,
creams, jellies, jello, you name it, no chewing.

i love food that you don't have to chew 🙁 i buy rice pudding in little
pudding cups to eat after exercising. when i was in college i use to
make frosting (ganache) and eat it plain with a spoon. cake ruined it.

I noticed that they had a lot of desserts like those when I was in Spain
a few years ago, but they also have a few other things. One was a soft
cheese (a goat cheese of some sort, as I recall) and fruit with honey
combination - very good. As for rice pudding, well, I really don't care for
the stuff at all, but I recently had some that was made in a manner that
made it much more like a nice crème brûlée, with a incredibly tasty sugar
crust.

My flatmate and I in Glasgow were asked to leave all-you-can-eat places
on more than one occasion. 15 years on and I only cracked 80kg this
year (back to 75 now, but race weight is still far off)...
