Anything will get chewed up when you jump on stuff, obviously softer
materials will get more chewed up. It really depends mostly on your
style. If you grind a lot and do crank grabs as opposed to pedal
grabs, then you might want plastic pedals. If you lean more into the
trials side, then you might want metal pedals. The nice thing about
the koxx pedals is that they're designed for street use, which is much
better than using some freestyle pedals.

Also, plastic pedal tend to be cheaper than metal pedals, so you might
be able to get afew cheap plastic pedals for the price of a set of
metal ones.

get whatever you can get ur hands on. i have metal pedals w pins. have
served me well in the grip department. to grind just take out all your
pins on one side or if you have snafus screw a bit of chopping board to
the underside of one pedal. metal pedals also have a nasty habbit of
taking chunks out of about anything thy hit(including you). so u could
get busted for vandalism.(ive come close).

just so people know, all Koxx-one pedals are just rebranded Wellgos, if
you look on the wellgo website they have all of those pedals which you
can probably find cheaper as wellgos.

I really love huge very flat metal pinned pedals with the deadliest
pins I can find, although removable. Currently I'm riding the wellgo
b-36 pedals which are the same as the 24 butterfly pedals. I love them
but I know the won't last as pedal grabs and the like kill sealed
bearings.

As for grinding on metal pedals if you make sure to completely remove
all spikes (even the ones that are built into the pedals with a grinder
or something) then they can slide really nicely, especialy magnesium
pedals.

Plastics are nice because you can move aronud in them nicely but in the
rain they tend to suck muchlots and they have caused me more injury
than I like.

Take a look at Wellgo's website, find something in a loose ball bearing
and 9/16 cromo axle that appeals to you and they will probably be the
best pedal you have ever used.

I cannot seem to find the new Koxx Bisquit pedals on the wellgo
website. Do they not have them or can I just not find them?

I might be wrong about saying ALL of them, but its also possible and
likely that that pedal is still made by wellgo and its just new and
therefore not on their website either. But like I said I could be
wrong.

on the wellgo site i cant find my pedals that came with my koxx1 red
devil... but they are branded tryall...

i have a [air of wellgo pedals of udc but they arent on wellgo's site
either. They have the same kinda type but mine have fully removable
metal pins....

is the B76 any good cause it looks pimpin'

The B-76 does look amazing, I would stear away from it though due to it
being a sealed bearing pedal. It would be great for muni but since
trials and street tend to bash the pedals alot it will likely break the
innards of the pedal.

Wellgo also manufactures variations on that ones that you see in their
catalog, its possible that Try-all just commitioned them to manufacture
some slightly different pedals. A good one to notice is the MG-28 on
page two of the BMX pedals, there are probably about 30 different
versions of this same pedal out in cerculation, the Try-all I believe
to be based on it aswell (although I may be wrong).

After looking through Wellgo's catalogue, it looks to me like there are
actualy very very few pedal manufacturers. There are lots of companies
that seem to design their own pedals but my guess is that Wellgo is
probably one of the few people that actualy produce them.

no the most grip you get is with metal pins, but the less pisn the
easier to lift your feet off... and you could always take a few pins
out...

actually the koxx-one "red label" and "black label" pedal
looks like its the

MG-24 & LU-987

does anyoen know wether its the magnesium or the aluminium body?
in fact i might take mine off and weigh em but last time i swapped
pedals i screwed up my cranks 🙁

might be the MG-28 & LU-204 but i would go for the first because you
can get the first one with removable metal pins (which is what the red
label has)
