  1. Tried to get a 1:50,000 map from Streetmap earlier, even by changing the scale in the URl failed to
    get anything other than the large scale Bartholomew or 1:10,000 ssscale map squares. Is this the end
    of Streetmap as we know it.

    Seems to be ok at the moment. I'm getting it to come up with 1:50,000 ok. It's just been a glitch
    hopefully.

    I have tried again and suceeded by clicking the arrows between the + and - symbols. However still
    cant link to this page even using the URL streetmap give below the map.

    Seems to be ok at the moment. I'm getting it to come up with 1:50,000 ok. It's just been a glitch
    hopefully.

    Still no good for me.. Have they been finally done by the grubbing little O$?

    Don't know whether this is related but today I had a similar problem with Multimap. Using a saved
    URL pointing directly to the UK map site gave a strange road-atlas map. However navigating to the
    same spot from the home page www.multimap.co.uk produced the expected OS display. Odd.

    I couln't get the wrethced thig to cough up a street level map (highest zoom) yesterday. 1:50000
    seemed the only option.
