Finally decided to go take Donovan's advice and get Sugoi wind mitts, and just in the nick of time! Weather in the 20-40 deg F range is fine for the cotton knit gloves I've used forever, but 10, 0, and -10 is just more than my old cotton gloves could handle. The Sugoi wind mitts are fantastic. My hands stay comfortably warm while still having enough air flow-through to keep from overheating. And my hands warm up quicker with the mitts than my old gloves.

These happen to be the Holabird Sports purchase and exchange that I mentioned 3-4 discussion threads above. Performance Bike, like Donovan said, also carries them. I went to Google, clicked on Froogle, typed in "sugoi mitt", and got a bunch of internet places where I could purchase. Then came down to price, return/exchange policy, and shipping costs. -- Josh
