(The only thing that wasn't from Costco was Goya canned cannelli beans) -
I'm still having beans and oatmeal everyday; starting on my second month
now -- and starting into my second month of no Prilosec (GERD meds).

Boy, that sounds great. I made pork chops, some tomato/cucumber
salad and leftover roasted garlic mashed potatoes. So easy but

Would that I had made my own. DH saw these and said that HE would eat them
if I didn't want them because as I recall there might be an ingredient in
them that I had an objection to. (...to which I had an objection.) After
eating my own spanakopita (once) and being hard on myself, I think mine had
a better flavor. The spinach inside was good, but the cheese was pretty
flavorless and there was no hint of green onion nor nutmeg which I believe
is one of the spices, tho faint. Pretty mild tasting. Would I buy again --
probably not. But I would not discourage others from trying them.

I used to eat a lot of sliced tomato on white bread (almost Wonderbread, but
not quite) with MIRACLE WHIP!
It was my favorite. French's mustard and white onions on the same type of
bread came in 2nd favorite.
