    Hi there,
Besides solid training, vitamins and the illegal stuffs, I would like to
    find out what are
the 'sure fire' supplements that really enhances performance. Things like L-
carnitine, L- glutamine, Coenzyme Q10 and the likes.
Care to share your real experience here?

    Thanks in advance.

Food and water, which is also food. Sleep. Exercise. Sex. Not
    necessarily in that order.

I'm also a fan of oxygen. Swift kicks in the [censored]. Regular doses of
    chlorine. Sunshine is nice too.

But not too much, or you might turn into a bleached surfer dude (if
you're lucky), or a UV mutant (if you're not).

    No!

You're supposed to follow that with some tortured ignoratio elenchi,
    and maybe a little lemon.

You had some ignorance in your spinach salad?
or did you have an ignoramus in your spinach salad?

J would tell us that Martin is the ignoramous and viceversa. I doubt
that either would taste very good.

May be you were ignorant of what was in your spincah salad. Instead of
