I have just returned to swimming from an injury/condition, cubital
tunnel syndrome (like carpal tunnel, but in the elbow). I used the
return to attempt a return to the bilateral breathing of my youth, and
I'm delighted to say it is working.

I have just returned to swimming from an injury/condition, cubital
tunnel syndrome (like carpal tunnel, but in the elbow). I used the
return to attempt a return to the bilateral breathing of my youth, and
I'm delighted to say it is working.

Interesting that you do ask that, since sometimes I do make a mistake
and breathe on the same side twice. I look on the bright side and say,
"Hey, at least I'm not drowning!" and then do better on the next lap.

No real time intervals in the fly sets, just continue as soon as able.
Try to keep some sort of form.

Every once in awhile, a particular personality comes in who sort of
takes on a life of his/her own. R.S.S. has been around long enough to
be able to produce a retrospective style show, sort of like "The Best

The trick is to use a a six-beat kick and count the kicks. Every time
you hit 9, restart the count and breathe.
