I HATE this kind of marketing, but honestly, I would be inclined to
attend one of these parties before I attended a Pampered Chef or
Tupperware party. I have never seen it - I wonder if there are
consultants here. Some of the stuff looks good enough to try, at
least...
It's too high for my budget, but a really nice gift, you know?
I think I would buy it for gifts for people like the friend who
gave it to me--people who "have everything" or damned near,
but not for myself.
It comes in a great sturdy box, with "grass" kind of shredded
stuff, a nice display. It's good for a treat.
I want to learn how to make that corn and black bean salsa,
L. It had just the right amount of heat, and tomato--no acid
bite, lots of zing but low salt for that sort of product.
Salsa is about the only vegetable thing my husband will actually
eat with an enthusiasm.
I imagine I could make a big batch of this stuff and share it. And
it would have to be very cheap to make. Canned tomatoes,
black beans, corn, onion, red pepper and spices? Really!
Hey, homemade salsa might be a great cheap Christmas gift!
Especially when everyone is getting cookied and hammed and
yammed out, haha!
