Of course there is a link with Lance!
When Lance announced his comeback and his Catlin's monitoring, it has been speculated that Lance had access to new products. It's not difficult to think tha he could be in touch with many labs and people ready to help him, by the LAF he has a lot of contact inside labs.
We are still waiting that Lance follows the Catlin's monitoring program... but the first training period has already been skiped, that was an important period where dopers use PED to boost their capacities.

Given that Lance had cancer and S107 was developed for people suffering heart attacks I can certainly see the link. NOT!

Bad news for cats.
They'll have to train harder, go to wind tunnels, increase cadence, do reconnaissance of key shelters... Maybe even visit Dr.Ferrari. -

Where?That's like me saying that you have no brains and a small penis, then backing that up by saying that you have of poor grasp of comprehension, reading (find the word Lance in any article regarding S107) and an infatuation (maybe a common bond) with a man with only one testicle.
Besides, shouldn't this post belong in the doping forum? Maybe that no brains slur may be a little more accurate that I'd first thought...

I always found that with racing lots on the weekend that [censored] was always harder to get. 😎
