    This is great advice... for couch potatoes and weekend
    warrior types whose load of lard makes serious workouts
    inadvisable. Besides, the US has an international reputation
    as the weenies of the distance running world to uphold.

    Yes -- but make sure you do this in between your VO2 max
    reps for maximum effect.
