  1. Does anybody know when something new will happen with the case? I
remember Tyler saying he would be able to defend himself in January. But
all seems quiet at the moment.

  8. I try not to be so rash. It will come out eventually one way or the
other. No need to rush to judgment.

    Nipplehead,

Exactly...lets think about this for a second, or two, . Two failed tests, a
month or so apart, teammate (and training partner) busted for the same
    thing..but wait..lets think about this for a bit...........ok times up...He
    is still guilty as sin

Some of his fans are asking that on his web site.
    http://www.tylerhamilton.com/guestbook94.html Hamilton has provided no
    information there since 12/12/04.

    Dumbass -

Too bad for him he got popped, he would've made a great politician
    (liar).

  12. Note that Tyler and Phonak share a common cause (since Phonak was
excluded from the Pro Tour anyways), yet they have not joined forces.
If the contract termination was strictly limited to bettering Phonak's
Pro Tour hopes, then it would only make sense for the two parties to
fight their case together and share their learnings with each other.

Makes me think that Phonak never believed in his innocence at all. If
they did, then they logically would have taken up arms together.

    Nipplehead,

You know how basketball boards on public playgrounds get used for ads
nowadays? Well, there was a minor controversy last week in Holland where
a local piercing studio decided to make the most out of their space:

For once, I'm going to have to agree with Brian, and just say that
Tyler = guilty, and he probably has no recourse to prove that he's not
guilty. He'll probably just fade away, and at some point in time say,
oh 5-10 years from now on this group, there will be a "what happened
to Tyler" thread, and we'll learn of his fate then. For now, he's
just going to go away I think...

Near as I can tell, it's over. I don't have to wait for the sun to
    collapse to decide that.

I've done enough trials know that there's no decision until the jury comes
back. There can always be surprises, but I do agree with you that it's
    highly unlikely.

So where did you gain your biological testing expertise and where did you
obtain the data pertinent to the case in question?

Why would they do that? What does Phonak have to gain that is anywhere near
equal to what they have to lose?

And you'll be completely wrong. You can bet that this will end up in a US
court where they take a dim view on not providing the defense with 100% of
the information behind the testing procedures.
