Is the foam/gel removable in the UDC gel saddle? I am thinking about taking the contents of the gel saddle and putting it on my miyata base/gb4 stiffener/gemcrest leather cover setup. Any thoughts or ideas?
Not sure about the UDC gel saddle, But what you could do is keep you existing foam(Im assuming you still have it?) and use a bicycle gel cover on you saddle as was done _*'here' (http://tinyurl.com/ob3rl)*_.
I actually do not have it yet, I have not ordered the saddle yet. I am wondering if what I said in my first post can be done before I purchase the product.
I have also heard talk about a KH fusion gel seat, but I can never find where on UDC they sell it. I would assume that the fusion gel seat would have removable foam/gel. Any help here?
There is no such thing as a KH Gel saddle.... yet.

Sorry yes I do. It is the fusion that is not available with Gel in it.

There WILL be a KH fusion/freeride though, it's nice. It's not here yet, but Kris had one on his MUni at moab, so I think it'll come out whenever we get 06 stuff.
It's a really nice seat though, softer/nicer than a standard KH and gel-style skinny.
