  1. I thought Weight Watchers was a diet. Wrong. Last night I had a cheeseburger, with Kraft 2% cheese
and no bread, a pile of brocolli, a light beer & 20 peanuts and still lost weight. I'm going to like
this way of eating. The water weight is flying off. 4# after 2 full days.

  2. By Jove, I think he's got it!

Yes, sooner or later those of us who stick with WW discover this very thing: WW is about real life.

WW is a way of eating for life - literally! So many things are better with adequate nutrition and
    lower weight. You're doing well!

  4. Good job. I see you figured out how to have your beer and peanuts without going over in points. The
old you would have had them plus the roll and probably fries instead of brocolli. Its a matter of
    making the right choices.

  8. Yeah I agree! Last week I had pizza, a candy bar, went out to eat twice, had movie theatre popcorn
and still lost 2.8 pounds because I was OP the whole week!
