Univega bottom bracket size

Greetings all,
Have a mid-90"s Univega Alpina 7.3 mountain bike needing new bottom
bracket. Looking for help in determing correct size. Any knowlege you
could pass along would be helpful.

undoubtedly english thread..take a ruler to the BB shell to determine
if it's 68mm or 73mm. Same spindle length as the old one-matched to
crank.
