[VIC] Bicycle Theft an Engraving Issue

Still waiting for my silv/blu/blk Avanti Barracuda MTB with my driver’s licence engraved under the b/b to come home to me since it freed itself from the shackles down in the work car park back in 2004.

It's so that they can book you for speeding on your bike, and being
under the influence, etc... so they can get your demerit points.... I

They should come with an electromagnetic strip, like an ATM card etc
