You have to listen online, (you'll need Real Player or an alternatve.)
They won't let you download it for copyright reasons but you can get
round it as Duncan says.

You can download it anytime that it's available on
'Listen Again' with a bit of free software called
'Streambox VCR'. It's difficult to find a working
download site for this, and it's a bit fiddly to use,
but if you manage to download it, I can tell you
how to do it.

unofficially it is possible to download shows using programs like Net
Transport (http://www.xi-soft.com/default.htm), just install the
software, add the listen again 'ram' file link to Net-Trans
(http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/aod/shows/rpms/radio4/archivehour.ram)
and watch it download - an hour long programme can be downloaded in 5
minutes using broadband
