morning to go on my run...
I find that in order to get the distance I want to
complete, I need to wake up at 5:15 so I can be out by
5:30, be back by 6:30 and have 30 minutes to piddle before
I have to get ready to work...
I could do it for a while, but one morning last week, I
slept in, and I can't get it back...
How do you guys who wake up...well...wake up?
I get up early on Sunday's in order to complete a long run
before it gets too hot. I find it easier to get up if I've
set everything out that I need for my run. That includes
coffee on a timer, fluids mixed and in bottles or CamelBak,
clothes, etc.
