Google for "Philadelphia-style" ice cream recipes which, if
true "Philly- style", will be eggless.

Here's one from my MIL. It's really a generic recipe to
which you add friut. As stated in the recipe, I like banana
best but fresh strwberries, peaches, blueberries, etc. make
a wonderful ice cream.

Heres a really easy one...

1 (14oz) can of sweetened condensed milk
2/3 cup chocolate syrup 2 cups wipping cream whipped.

mix milk and syrup - fold in whipped cream. freeze in
covered loaf pan.

I don't remember the ratio, but you can make a pretty good
sherbet in an ice cream freezer using sweetened condensed
milk and grape, orange, or strawberry soda. I *think* it's
one can of sweetened condensed milk to one (2 liter)
bottle of soda.
