Two weeks ago I ordered a Sun 28" uni for bicyclesource as advertised on ebay. I ordered from them partly because someone here said in a post a while back that the alloy wheel they offer would stand up better than the standard wheel. Well, it took them a full week to get around to shipping me a uni and when i finally got it they had sent a 26" instead of a 28". And in the couple of days since i notified them of the error there is no sign of them shipping the correct one to me yet. I am very frustrated with them and reccomend that you not order from them. Besides all the above mentioned problems they do not answer emails or have a toll free number so the only way to reach them is long distance phone calls.

I'd suggest threatening legal action of some kind, in a letter. May get them going. The one time I did that, I cc'd a fake attorney (just made up a name, and put an "Esquire" at the end of it to make it seem like a lawyer,) and I got a refund within a week.
If so I have ordered unicycles from them as have 4 other people I know and we have had good luck with them. This really shocks me......keep on trying and I'm sure they'll correct their mistake. It's a small outfit, I get the feeling it is run out of a house so theirs a good chance they're just out of town or something.

When you shop based on price you get all that comes with that. Generally, that means bad or no service. From their own site...
WE WILL BEAT ANY PRICE or DEAL ON THE NET!!! Shop around, then call us with your lowest price and the site you saw it on and WE WILL BEAT IT!!
Then they will send you whatever they want. They probably will loose money on the deal now that they have to correct their screw up, and they probably aren't in a hurry to throw away the meager profit they did make.
I shopped there for there price and have had good luck, I would buy from them again...... I have called and reached them most times...

I ordered my first unicycle from them off ebay and it took them about 2 weeks to ship it out, then since they were on the east coast and shipped ups ground, it took another week and a half to get it. very bad expirience.
I have ordered through them as well from ebay. They state their email is [email hidden] and that they respond to email I didn't have any luck at all resolving dispute with them. I personally like their feedback mentality for ebay. Take all the positive feedback they can get - only leave negative feedback for others
I've had some very bad service from Bicyclesource.com, it took them 8 months to tell me that my cheque had bounce, in the end I told them where they could stick their unicycle. I don't recommend them at all. Jas'o
