The world is my er, oyster.

Have I ever mentioned just how much, at certain times, I really envy the male of the
    species? Grrrr.

Lets hope he needs a no. 2 and discovers that the only cover is almost always thistles &
    thorns. ;-)

    And populated by other people.

Fran - I have seen slightly drunk men completely wash their boots clean - you still have a lot of
    practicing to do 🙂

Your problem is not having anything to shake.

Yes I have, I've got me cut-down milk bottle! The thing is, no matter which angle I try to hold the
milk bottle at, when the liquid hits the ground it bounces back up again, and I end up with damp
    feet and trouser legs :-(

I just lean my butt up against a large boulder, tree, fence(?) and put my feet and legs wide apart.

Lots of men seem to splash more than their tootsies so I reckon you are doing quite well. ;-)

I'm aiming (ha, ha) for the ultimate in discreet and 'invisible'. At least if I need to do 'the
other' (you *know* what I meant, you grubby-minded lot) I know that we're all in the same boat
whether female, male or ... <boggle>

But doesn't that still mean exposure of the backside, with trousers around knees? Not very
dignified, and certainly not very 'private'... 'sides which, what is to be done in mixed company
    above the tree line?

Not entirely ... when a man takes the seated position, he has to watch where he's pointing.

Umm, so do we. We don't have the 'aiming' mechanism you lot enjoy.

True, true. BUt backside is against the leaning post. But I tend to hike with another woman. And men
pissing in mixed company is rather gross also. Go around the boulder, lag behind, ???
