  1. done some more Yippee!! Lost 17lbs so far. So, even with my ups&down that's
    almost 2lbs per week, pretty good IMO.

    When I first started LC at 367 lbs, I would mess up fairly frequently, but
    as long as I stayed on plan most of the time, the weight still came off.

    Yeah, that's good. Staying on course always is better, and you're seeing
    good results. Are you sure you need to go to 126? How tall are you?
