Just purchased a pair of Tourney centre pull brake calipers to go on a Carlton Corsa rebuild. Question, can i just use a pair of Raleigh Aero brake levers with them. Never had centre pull brakes since i was a kid in the early 70s.

Yes.
You can use any brake lever which you would use with "regular" Road brake calipers with Center Pull brake calipers ... minor adjustments can be made by adjusting the length of the straddle cable which will subsequently affect the 'compression' rate of the arms.
