Which trainers

new to running, can anyone tell me which trainers will be best for a
neutral runner, I've tried Nike air pegasus which are ok, looking as
Adidas Supernova are these a good pair to start with.

I don't think there's a "best", everyone has different shaped feet and
runs differently, so it a question of finding a shoe that feels
comfortable to run in. It is worth going to a propper running shop and
get some advice from people there. However, note that running shops
are there to make money and want to sell you expensive shoes. For
training (if not perhaps racing) you may well find that some rather
cheaper running shoes that are perfectly comfortable. I did a lot of
training in some shoes from Aldi that cost about £12 and were just as
comfortable as (if a little heavier than) my £100 Kayanos...

As long as you pick a decent running shoe (and both of these are), it's hard
to pick one that's "best" for everyone. It's all about finding the one that
works best for you.

It looks like the new Asics Nimbus VIII may be better than the
previous year, although I have not seen the new model in person. I am
thinking of acquiring this shoe to replace my worn out Nimbae.

I have theses shoes and they are Great! I am just starting to break
them in. I have Normal Pronation. I am not sure if this shoe is good
for over/under. Also, normal arch, not high or flat footed.
Would recommend this shoe to people with the same foot diagnostics,
which is key to picking the proper shoes.

Do you have the Nimbae VIII?
I liked the version 3 years ago, but not the one available last year.
