White Leather Saddle Issue

If you don't mind covering up the beauty that is the Rolls (I've got a
yellow one), you can get a thin, lycra saddle cover, though they're
kinda hard to find these days (aebike.com has them in the Aardvark brand
or something, but you cannot specify the color, wallbike.com has Velox
brand ones, not sure if they're slippery or not, in any color you want
as long as it's black). I don't know what if anything it might do to
the rolls though, if it limits its ability to "breath", whatever that means.

Clear shoe polish, the paste kind, or some white shoe polish for
nurse's shoes/sneakers. I use black on my black saddles. Works great,
and doesn't come off on clothes if you shine it up thoroughly.

saddle soap?

Saddle soap is a much mis-used generative term for products designed to
clean leather goods.

Saddle soap can discolor leather and leave it tacky. Here's 2 OT links
