Certainly, but posing for self-incriminating photos in such a context does seem a bit over the top. (The law was originally approved already in 1907 but it didn't enter into force until 1919. Also, of course it ended on 5 Apr 32 at 10 o'clock, not 1934 as I wrote earlier.)
Self-incriminating? Pictures of liquor bottles are just that and only that. The contents of the liquor bottles would be impossible to prove.
