Congrats on the maintain, but I suspect that you actually had a loss but it won't show up till next

Good workout schedule Ray. I just got a 7 day pass to a gym and have been taking full advantage
of it too!

As I know to my cost - it can take a while for things to take effect - but I'm sure all your good
work will pay off really soon - so hang in there, keep it up, and fingers crossed next week shows a
