Lake CX235, Size 44.5. You can find them on closeout or wait for the new Lake style CX236 comes out in April with a different shoe tightening system (BOA).

Many of the models that Specialized sells come in three different widths. The standard width runs slightly wider than your average Sidi shoe.

Northwave are the widest brand i have used to date

Northwave, Lake, Shimano, and Specialized all have comparatively wide shoes.

Sidi now makes a ("Mega"😉 wide version of their Genius shoes- work great
