Halve the cabbage, remove the core, slice it thinly, and stir-fry it with
salt and lots of pepper. No need to be fancy; the grouper will be the star
of the show.
When I make Ma Po tofu, and I sometimes serve it on a bed of stir-fried
cabbage instead of rice. Much lower carbs than noodles or rice, for those
who care about that kind of thing.

Ah, Bob, excellent idea! I'm liking the sound of cumin and coriander in the
cabbage. Wish I had red bell pepper, but I don't. (It's really inexpensive
at the local veggie stand, now, too, but I can't get there before they
close.)
