  1. This one really got me. Today I'm wrapping up a training ride out in the
rural area where I live. I usually don't have any problems with the locals.
They're used to seeing me and they're all very nice people. But this
redneck in a beat up pickup truck has to act like I'm inconveniencing him
even though the road is empty for miles and he could easily go around. He
honks. He yells. His arm comes out the window for his one finger salute
and ... there it is. The yellow wrist band! Classic! The ultimate cycling
irony! Flipped off by a redneck wearing a Livestrong band.

Are you sure it wasn't a friendly hello of the fellowship of the band?

    Couldn't have been a ``Redneck''

No self respecting Redneck would be found wearing sh!t like that

  4. Saw somebody standing outside the hospital this morning, SMOKING and
wearing their yellow bracelet. Struck me that if you actually gave a
flying ... about cancer prevention you would not support such an
    industry.

I've heard cigarette smoking is addictive and hard to stop.

Do you live near Austin, texas? Did you hear Sheryl Crow music coming
    from the truck?

I'm in the VERY deep South and I believe it was Lynard Skynard.

  9. He flipped you off because you didn't have the yellow wrist band on.
