  1. What can i use as a substitute for yorkshire pudding tins? Is there a particular size/shape of steel
    can that would work well?

Do you have a muffin pan? I've made popovers in them quite successfully.

There is no particular size or shape. You can do them in muffin tins or you can do them in a
    baking pan.

  4. Funny, we just went through that tonight. We used muffin tins and they turned out just fine.

You can use ordinary muffin tins, if you want to.

You can make Yorkshire in anything from a large meat roasting tin down to

small individual tins. The only major criterion is that whatever you decide to use the fat in the
tin must be very hot before the Yorkshire is added Diane UK

I used muffin tins for our Yorkshire Pudding today and it was yummy. I make it once in a blue moon -
about as often as I cook a prime rib roast, and I forget how easy it is. NT

I made one on xmas eve in a cast iron pan.

Practice safe eating - always use condiments
