I went out and bought some Zoomers yesterday and then swam
10 laps with them (one lap is a total of 50 meters). Two
laps were with the kick board and 8 were in the crawl
stroke. Today, I went out for a bike ride and absolutely
had no power to climb hills. I sure hope this is related to
the Zoomers.
But, my problem is, how do I use the Zoomers without wiping
out my legs for the cycling? I could actually feel the power
draining from my legs as I "attacked" the hill (and I use
the word attacked lightly).
Can someone more experienced with Zoomers give me some
help, here? Should I perhaps start slower? Not go cycling
the next day?
