I had some red Zoomers in a size F and they were--let's just say
"difficult"--to use. I had to struggle to even get them on. Standing in the
pool, struggling and yanking; well, it did warm me up! Someone here
suggested I should have bought blue ones in size G, so I ordered them and
received them 2 days ago. Ah! At last I can get them on without pain!
However, there was no mention of using duct tape. I have 2 sites on each
foot where I will definitely have to tape before trying them again. The pain
of the broken blisters has been interesting. As for the Zoomers themselves,
I noticed they make my back arch more. I could actually feel the area
stretch as I was swimming. I am eager to try more than 1/2 mile with them
on, but I have to let the skin heal a bit first.
Strange as it may sound, I am interested in seeing an improvement in my
hamstrings. As a cyclist, I would like to have these muscles improved. I
still have a question, though: is it possible or advisable to try the flip
turn with Zoomers on?
