Nice try.

What you actually wrote was;

"another example of childish stupidity from a motorist, this time
towards someone on a skateboard."

Note the words you carefully snipped.
"this time" implies it is something that has been done before by the person
referred to in the sentence.
That can only be "a motorist" implying he represents motorists as a group,
otherwise you would I take it have referred to for example "childish
stupidity from a mindless thug", to associate the attack with mindless thugs
as a class of people. As it was you chose to associate the attack with
"motorists".

I see no-one lining up to support your original post and a long queue of
people disagreeing with it.

Dave,

Since we have answered the particular question of what you think you may
have written and that which you did in fact write it may be better if we
did not go through that particular discourse again.
We have also addressed the circumstances of the murder in relation to
the offender having been the driver of a motor vehicle prior to the
incident leading directly to the murder and shown the separation that I
referred to in a previous post and that which was shown at court.

You are in danger of proving yourself apposite of the following.

He's a fool who cannot conceal his wisdom.
Benjamin Franklin

I think it may be better to leave this alone now.
