Blackburn TP-2 pump question

I picked up a used TP-2 at a thrift store just to see if I could get
it working. I'm a little confused about how the plunger (rubber
gasket) should mount to the piston...perhaps I need an O-ring and/or a
missing part. I emailed Blackburn but they were no help. Any info
would be greatly appreciated.

I've had good luck with phoning Blackburn's support people at: 800-456-2355.
They sent out rebuild kits for my TP-2 and AS-1 frame pump.

Since your pump has a lifetime warranty, they might just send you a new pump
if you ask (but I don't know about the fine print).

Good luck!

I just had an FP-1 that never worked properly replaced and all I did is
call them for a return number, mail it back and they replaced it no
questions....it was the piston too by the way.
