Club Roost CrossTerra Tire: Opinions?

Ordered a Club Roost CrossTerra Tire for my front.

http://www.universalcycles.com/shopping/product_details.php?id=7490&category=179

I got the 26 X 2.0 for added stability. Has anyone experience with
these tires? The reviews are pretty scant. I liked the price and the
tread. I want to do lite offroading on hard packed trail but the
majority of my riding is on pavement.

On a side note I decided to get these Panaracer T-servs for my rear:

I figure if I'm going to lose control, let it be the rear tire because
if I'm going forward as long as the front tire still has grip there's a
possibility the rear can still get back into alignment whereas if you
lose control of the front tire you're completely screwed.

You'll probably get better feedback on a roadie group.

Ok, so nobody owns a pair of Club Roost Crossterra's that they want to
share opinion on. How about the Kenda Komfort tires?

http://www.universalcycles.com/shopping/product_details.php?id=7554&category=

Or any hybrid tires for that matter. Continental Traffic's anyone?

I actually liked the Traffic's as they have received lots of good
reviews. Biggest downside was weight at 840g...ouch! I was trying to
keep weight down, but if they are reliable maybe that's more important.

A slick narrow tire will exert more p.s.i. on the dirt for better
traction than a fat slick.
Fat slicks just float on top.
Avocet Cross-k's work great b/c of the inverted tread. I would think
the Conti T&C works well also.

There are so many slicks out there you can't really make a
generalization. The Club Roost CrossTerra's are pretty damn close to
knobbies (which was the reason why I chose them). Even though my Club
Roosts are wider than my Panaracer T-serves, I would rather have two
Club Roosts than two T-serves if I was going to ride down a mountain.
