I've had these cyclops rollers with resistance and can finally use them to get a decent training session in. Although I can use them without holding onto anything, I have to use a leaning start and cant use them one handed yet....Last time I tried one handed, it didn't work out too great,lol....I've seen some people with crazy technique on youtube, one girl was using rollers while playing a violin..... Are any of you guys skilled roller users?If not, do you enjoy using cycling rollers?
