[OT?] Insurance bloodwork next week, last minute things to do?

First off, this ISN'T a, "I'm a heavy smoker and 37 pounds
overweight, how can I convince my insurance company I'm
healthy as a horse, by tomorrow" kind of question. ;-)

I have my insurance company blood and urine draw next week.
I've got good or better numbers in most categories (blood
pressure is getting close to pre-hypertension level but not
there). What I'm looking for is some kind of a "sprint for
the finish" I can do in the way of diet or ??? before the
bloodwork to improve the various numbers (I assume HDL/LDL,
blood pressure, triglycerides) as much as possible in the
very short time frame. I already exercise pretty much
(triathlon next month) so I'm covered there.

The reason I ask is I have a family history (grandfather) of
CVD and my numbers need to be as low as possible to try to
counteract that. There seems to be a "plug in the numbers
and crank out the result" thing happening so better numbers
= better rate classification.

Thanks for your time,

Max
