Palo Alto, Stanford to host start of Tour of California bike race (San Jose Mercury News)

Palo Alto Mayor Yoriko Kishimoto this morning announced to a large, spandex-clad crowd that the city and Stanford University will jointly host the start of the 2008 Amgen Tour of California bicycle race.
