Ullrich to Discovery?

Despite Verbbrugghen's retirement, UCI gave a bad sign with Vrijman's report!
UCI and Mc Quaid messed up the start of a new era.
I think ASO, TDF, and frenchies have done a lot against doping, without help from UCI (or despite UCI opposition), ...
The situation between offended people certainly needs some apologies and a lot of diplomacy. Or, ASO still has no confidence in UCI to fight doping!
What is the reasons, this outgoing is a shame, they don't need to show their dissension or ASO want to force UCI to act!

And you've spotted the irony of it.

UCI employ Vrijmans to do a job on WADA.
WADA (rightly) refute Vrijmans report (a report that was so sloppy that one wonders if it was written by a lawyer).

Now the GT's put the boot in to the UCI - the UCI is forced to look to WADA for help.

Who are what will their absence be protesting?
The Pro-Tour struggle and Vino because he couldn't start this year, but it's not more than a signal and in that sence PP isright, no big deal.
