Would you ride with lower back pain?

I would not describe any part of my body as perfect, I use low gears to save my poor old knees. You mentioned "linear pedalling" and you have done so before, exciting the interest of people willing to try it. But finding out exactly what it is is tricky, do you pedal this way yourself?
