Best place to train in the UK

The RR is in north wales, so lots of hills(which i like!).
Would somewhere like Yorkshire be anygood?

Yesterday I was up around Chipping and Clitheroe, in North Lancashire. Some pretty tough climbs around there. Also there's a place called Chaigley which is hell.

The best road racers generally come from Yorkshire, and the Peak District. Its noticable that the road racing in the south is a bit easier than in the North.

So try the Peak District, there will be loads of people to train with too.

yes,Malc elliott comes from Sheffield and he has done pretty well,so get up to Derbyshire some quality rideing up here,and friendly people!!(me included)lol.
