Hey come on now, they have speed limits only because of bad (i.e. not me) drivers.

Your left turn signal has been blinking since you bought the car.
I made the mistake of asking someone why once (they got very defensive), but here in Brazil for whatever reason, in addition to leaving turn signals on long after turning (or intending to and never doing it), it is quite common for people to signal right then turn left and vice-versa...habitually.

You always drive in the passing lane on the interstate, even though you're traveling below the posted speed limit. You only move out of the passing lane when you reach your exit... and you wait until the last minute to swerve across several lanes of traffic to reach it..
This only seems to be a problem in the US, however I think it should earn a fine at least equal to or greater than what all the speeders being held up will earn later down the road. How about when one truck going 48mph up the mountain decides he really needs to pass the other one going 45mph as you approach from behind going 75mph...only to have both trucks slow to 35mph (side by side) with the lane blocker getting back over on the down side BEHIND the truck he was attempting to pass!

And from a cyclists standpoint (this happened to me just yesterday)...
You drive right behind a cyclist for a half mile or so, even though the road ahead is clear. You finally decide to pass the cyclist on a blind turn, just as several cars come around the turn from the other direction. So you swerve to the right and force the cyclist off the road. Nice, very nice... 🙄
Or how about when a bus/truck passes you and fails to realize that you are still beside them when they move back over with the same result?
Only thing worse is the [censored] that have to gun it past you only to slam on their brakes and turn right in front of you forcing you to take evasive action to avoid hitting them.
