  1. Hi,

I want to start eating health foods. I'm thinking of going down the
Macrobiotic route. Can anyone provide me with some links to find out
    what I should start eating?

    Thanks

  2. Hi
A good tool I have found to work out my diet so I can get a good spread of
    nutrients. http://nat.crgq.com/mainnat.html
    Hope this helps.

On what basis or evidence do you consider this would be healthy?

If you're considering any "doctrinal" approach to diet, I'd suggest you
take a look at Tom Billings' site, <http://www.beyondveg.com> (which, even
though it's titled "Beyond Vegetarianism" is *not* an anti-vegetarian
site). He has a lot of good things to say on the general topic of "not
letting your diet eat you." Especially check out the essay "Functional and
    Dysfunctional Lunch-Attitudes."
