Look, let's face it and be perfectly blunt. Bush is the biggest pile of dog [censored] to ever come near the presidency. There is no doubt he is stupid. I believe his daddy pulls the strings by making sure he has competent advisors around him.
I doubt this very much. If George H.W. Bush were pulling the strings and picking the advisors, W would be a very different president - a more moderate, worldly wise president. I'm not saying that's better, just different.
W, otoh, has embraced his neo-con advisors in a way that his dad never would have.
