After running 30 minutes on the threadmill, at about 12-13 Km per hour, so a distance of 6 KM, the
calories burned display on the threadmill show about 400 cal. This seems very little, since various
books indicate that the diet of an avarage person is about 3000 Kcal per day.
So is my threadmill incorrect, and should it show 400 Kcal iso 400 cal? 400 Kcal would be about 8-10
% of the daily intake, and this seems a bit more reasonable than 400 cal.
Any reference to a web page with a distance to calory table or something like that would be
appreciated.
