Kitchen Collecting?

colorful, new ones. Jim goes to a lot of trouble to buy tea towels that
suit him-- the right size, color, absorbency. Then we never throw out
the old.

I have a 1 quart lightning jar I store rubber bands in.

I keep a handful of those condiment packets that come with
chinese food, this for no apparent reason except I actually
ran out of soy sauce once and used a couple.

I tend to save those seal-tabs too to replace twist ties but,
since they don't usually survive more a few re-uses, I don't
have a great accumulation.

I've gotten some from co-workers and always return the favor if and when
I travel. ;-)

As a wedding gift, my ex and I got a set of ceramic chicken coffee mugs.
The God awfulest things I ever did see. We yard-sale'd 'em off for $10.00.

Little did we know they were something like $25.00 per cup. Ebay was a
future thought at the time. 🙁

motif stitched plastic canvas my mother made for me :-)))))

I'm in the process of decluttering from holding onto things for far
too long. It's a good feeling. Recommended. I try not to collect
ANYTHING. But extra cash, of course! And compliments and kisses for
those occasional bleak days ;-)

I hear you. I've done a lot of that over the past couple of

glass front cabinets in my kitchen with no other purpose but
